SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive a payment for an order, we usually ship the order within 1-5 business days and a maximum of 30 days, excluding weekends and holidays. If a particular item runs out of stock, we promise to notify you immediately.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If a damaged product is shipped, please notify us immediately. Any damaged products will be replaced without charge. If the order you received is incorrect, we will replace the item and refund the shipping costs.

No returns or other exchanges are accepted. Mobile Shop does not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as provided by the carrier to the address provided during the transaction.
